The Happy Haul N’ Blaze Cannabis Giveaway is back for its second annual holiday season, and this year it’s bigger, greener, and even more festive.

After giving away 200 pre-rolled joints across Winnipeg last Christmas, the 2025 edition is leveling up in a big way. This year, we’ll be giving away over two ounces of cannabis, along with additional prizes, including cannabis vapes by Encore, and other surprise goodies — all shared in the spirit of the season.

Throughout the Christmas season, you’ll spot us popping up around Winnipeg, spreading cheer one gift at a time. Dressed head-to-toe in holiday spirit, I’ll be wearing a Santa suit, joined by my partner in an elf costume, as we personally hand out cannabis gifts to adults at shopping areas and public spaces. It’s about smiles, conversations, and celebrating cannabis as a normal, positive part of our community.

I’m Steven Stairs, and giving back to the cannabis community is what I do. Whether it’s organizing events, emceeing, protesting for fair policy, showing up in the media, or helping bring Winnipeg 420 to life — I’ve spent years standing up for cannabis and the people who use it. Happy Haul N’ Blaze is just another way to turn advocacy into action, and to give something meaningful back during a time of generosity
